The include mechanism in Stan was just merged, but I didn’t document it in the manual for fear it wouldn’t be included in the interfaces. They need to pass a search path (consisting of a std::vector<std::string> of file names. No worries if this doesn’t get in, but I’m not sure how to coordinate staging these things.
