I started a PR for fixing a relatively narrow bug and I knew enough to ask Daniel or Michael to be reviewers but I feel like Bob, Daniel, and Michael get asked to review almost everything. They’re pretty quick but from my perspective it would be better for Stan if that pool got bigger. Is there anyone else who would be willing to do the code review for it instead? I’d ask a specific person, but I really don’t know who has the appropriate skills to review this one (the PR touches inline doc, corrects some loop invariants in the C++, adds some throw conditions, and adds some tests).
