Discourse categories and tags

I’m looking at the drop-down menu in the top right and I feel like we have
too many categories. I prefer less categories to more – it makes the

If it works for the Developers category, maybe we can think about it for
the other ones. And yes, I definitely understand the desire to have things
categorized very specifically.

May I suggest a “Jobs” or “Help wanted” section for cases such as this: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!category-topic/stan-users/Da1ITJzTvDY

+1 to a jobs category. I don’t have admin priveleges, but @syclik or @betanalpha do.

The current admins are:

We should be able to add one more. The current plan that we’re on, which is free, allows us to have 5 staff admins. I don’t know why there’s a limit.

@seantalts, if you’re good at admin of these things, maybe we could self-host? Then we’d be able to install something to render latex.
