I’m using R version 3.4.1 in windows 10 rtools 3.4.make build happens perfectly without no error but when I try building bernoulli example I get the error make:nothing to be done for :.My online reading has suggested that there is some issue with using rtools version 3.4 with windows 10.Help is appreciated.

Can you provide what steps you took and the exact message it reports?
Also, how did you get CmdStan? Was it directly though git? Or did you download a release zip?
