Cmdstan 2.18 compile error

Hi,

Cmdstan 2.18 gives
DIAGNOSTIC(S) FROM PARSER:
Unknown variable: to_vector
on
to_vector(beta_first) ~ normal(beta_first_h, 1);
although it compiles OK and then runs fine.

Yes, that happens with 2.18. Don’t worry about it.

Sorry about that—the patch is already submitted for 2.19.
